技術上における一時期の急速な発展も、ある程度落ち着きつつあり、デザインや広告などが無秩序に乱立した混乱期を越えて、Webサイトは各業態・業種によってデザインや広告の形態も徐々に落ち着きつつあり、いずれ標準化されていくようにも思われる。そして、Webサイトを見る時にはユーザ(消費者)が使いやすい、見やすいなどに焦点が移りつつあるように思える。そこには、「Web ユーザビリティ」という概念が存在する。本稿では、その使用するユーザ(消費者)へのサービスの一部分として「Webユーザビリティ」が常に求められ、とくにB to Cにおける電子商取引(以降、e-コマース)において、その入り口にあたるe-コマースのページにはそれがないと顧客離れが確実に起こることを主張したい。この概念は、そのサイトに訪れる顧客に向けたサービス要素のひとつであり、サービスマーケティングや、消費者志向のマーケティングを戦略的に考慮して、Webサイトを企画、制作する際に必ず重要な要素、または技術であると思われる。「Webユーザビリティ」は、Webサービス提供においてもしくは生産前段階の研究対象として、e-コマースの研究が重要になっているマーケティングや流通の諸分野において学問的に慎重に検討されるべきである。","subitem_description_language":"ja","subitem_description_type":"Abstract"}]},"item_1729230278053":{"attribute_name":"アクセス権","attribute_value_mlt":[{"subitem_access_right":"open
