Libraries make much effort in order to provide similar services to their patrons. These days the Web services have been transiting from those that are called Web 1.0 to those that are called Web 2.0 such as Blogs and SNS which are popularly used tools for information providing.\nMany libraries also provide such services, which are called the Library 2.0 services. In this paper we put focus on the subject of collaborative networking, with which the patrons help each other based on the thought that the next generation library services, which might be called the Library 3.0 services, are those for assisting patrons’ intellectual activities. Under such structures the patrons are able to help others with intellectual production, learning and others.
