| 内容記述 | The main subject compiled the summary of three papers about five dialogues of Ryotaro Shiba ― “The Japanese and Japanese culture”, “The will to the Japanese”, “Think about the Japanese”, “Think about the history”, “The faces of Japanese” ―. The study method classified direct references of Shiba in “Time distinction”, “Ttem distinction” and investigated it. I has given “Times subdivision” as one of the characteristics of historical view of Shiba in a precedent study. We understand that he finely divides the history, politics and the times into case distinction, person distinction and times in others of “Bright Meiji, Dark Showa” from the document of the summary. After all, I thought that Shiba recognizes the history as “a point” not “a line” and the connection of the “point” concerning “length” not the plane “side”. Therefore, there are only “winners” and “heroes”, and not the general “common people”. And I think that he liked “bravely ferocious samurai” and “common people” as its original form of which has fallen into the contradiction that cannot be compatible. In the history and the politics, there is the submission of the problem based on an objective judgment but little suggestion of a solution or new thought in there. But we must appreciate that he calls for the acuteness of land problems of the capitalism and suggest “a land deposit system” and practiced it by himself. After all Shiba is not only a historian but also a thinker. I cannot but say that he was “Only superior documentarist” knowing a lot of about the history. In the reality recognition, it is thought that he was “an idealist of the pessimistic inclination”. This is something like "Sense of the vanity of life in the Buddhism" so that suggests it by himself, and it may be said deeply associate with his historical view point. .So he felt pessimistic sense of the vanity of life for the history and heroes and might always look forward to new heroes. Finally I think that the tendency that the character of his work is recognized “as a new person in the works not a person in the history” among Japanese people should be studied through an individual work theory. |
